Experience as a Subject-Transforming Force: A Foucauldian Perspective

Can we explicate experience as a force that changes subjectivities and that is shaped by our historically developed, politically contested and materially constituted practices? How would such a concept of experience look like, and what place would it have in political epistemology – a field that certainly should not conceptualise experience as an unchanging structural feature of human live but rather think experience as a socially situated force?
